7:00 Pm Mass
celebrated with Father dave pivonka, t.o.r.
On November 2, All Souls Day, the Church prays for all those who have gone before us into eternal life. As the Catechism of the Catholic Church encourages us, “From the beginning the Church has honored the memory of the dead and offered prayers in suffrage for them, above all the Eucharistic sacrifice, so that, thus purified, they may attain the beatific vision of God" (CCC 1032).
Our community honors this tradition by hosting a Mass on All Souls Day for our beloved deceased. It will be offered for any family, friends, benefactors and loved ones whose names are submitted to us, and we continue to pray for them throughout November. The following will be offered: Mass at Father of Mercy Chapel on November 2, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy Novena, and a daily “Prayer for Our Beloved Deceased” found below.
Our Mass on All Souls Day 2026 for our beloved deceased is open to the public and will be held at our Motherhouse Chapel at 7:00 PM EST and celebrated with Fr. Dave Pivonka, TOR. A short procession to our cemetery will follow immediately after Mass, followed by refreshments in our dining hall. Please join us!
Praying for you is an honor. Candles will be lit in honor of your beloved deceased. Please submit names by October 25. Thank you!
Daily prayer for our Beloved Deceased:
Father of Mercy, we thank you for the gift of your Beloved Son.
For the sake of His sorrowful passion, have mercy upon our beloved family and
friends (add their name[s] here) who have died.
May they know the fullness of your Trinitarian love forever in heaven
with our Blessed Mother, the angels and saints!
United in prayer with Mother Mary, we ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord,
in the power of the Holy Spirit, God forever and ever. Amen.
